So this is going to be the last post of my weight loss series. I know, I’m sad too! But this is post might be the best one to read. It’s going to summarize everything I said, and just tell you what you need to know about losing weight.

If you’ve read my other posts, you’ve read all about motivation, food, exercise, and dealing with setbacks. One of hardest things (as I’ve mentioned before) is getting yourself to even want to lose weight in the first place. Once you find the motivation you CAN do it.

And food. It’s almost all bad, but you’ve just got to know how much you’re eating and consciously watch yourself. Food, in my opinion, is the hardest thing to change. So much more than exercise. Although that can be a tough one too.

Setbacks. They’re hard to deal with. Or even just losing those first couple of pounds. The key is to stick to with it. It’s not easy. Trust me, I’m well aware.

But what it all boil down to is this. It’s nothing fancy. No magic pills, no fad diets. Just calories in, calories out. Not what you wanted to hear right? I know I’ve said it before and you probably just ignored me. But here’s the good news. It really is that easy. Be active and cut back on your eating. I hate to say it but calorie counting is the easiest way to know you’re on track. If you do those things, then you WILL lose weight. You can do it!

And here’s a pro tip. Learn to say no. Once you can do that, you’ll be surprised at how much you can change your eating habits. Bad food is like biting your nails. It’s a bad habit that’s hard to break, but the longer you go without biting, the easier it gets. Good luck and thanks for reading!!!
