I found these nail polishes at a flea market just north of San Antonio called Bussey’s Flea Market. You pay $1 for parking, and you’ve got access to an entire market of vendors you can haggle with and try to find some great deals. This past weekend I found these awesome polishes! I recognized them as the same brand of polishes that a friend has, and I’ve always been jealous of them.
The colors are bright and pigmented. No trying to paint on 3 or 4 coats and waiting for that stuff to dry. You’ll get great coverage with just one coat, and you might even throw on two for good measure. Not only is the pigmentation of this nail polish great, but also the quality is outstanding for the price. They were selling in the market for $1.50 each (1/6th of the price of a normal OPI nail polish), and yet I haggled a little and got them for $1 each!
There is one important thing to note about these nail polishes. I’m only aware of this problem with the neon aqua color, but it could be a problem with the others as well. If you leave this polish on long enough, it will stain your nails, so if you aren’t going to keep them painted, it’s definitely something to think about.
I’ve been looking out for these polishes for a while, so if you want them, you might have a bit of trouble finding them in person. Online might be the best way to go, but if you are lucky enough to happen upon them, grab them up while you have the chance! You won’t regret it.
