I love Sephora! You have no idea how true that statement is, but not everything that they make is so great.. I’m so sorry to say that these are just.. meh.
They have some beautiful colors, but honestly, Sephora by OPI is one of the worst nail polishes that I have ever tried. You’d be much better off getting some Wet ‘N Wild or Sinful Colors nail polish.
The sad thing is that it’s not because the nail polish doesn’t last (not that the staying power impressed me), but it’s the nail polish application itself! The nail polish is so ridiculously thin that you have to use about 4 coats to get it looking decent!
I know what you’re thinking… Four coats can only mean one thing… The longest drying time ever! It takes FOREVER (I cannot emphasis this enough) for this nail polish to dry. Definitely don’t paint your nails before you go to bed, unless you want to wake up with pillow nails. (Everything I just said applies for Nicole by OPI as well)
I think that Sephora by OPI nail polish might actually be a little bit more expensive than the regular OPI nail polish. I don’t understand why Sephora doesn’t just carry regular OPI nail polish, but I guess they want to promote their own products.
Long story short, stick good old OPI that you can find at your local Sally’s or Ulta.
